At RentaTEC Investments, our clients are investors who seek a high capital gain either through investment in land, houses, apartments and properties for vacation rental.

At RentaTEC Property Management, we specialize in managing properties, always keeping in mind the best interest for our clients.

Our Story

RentaTEC Real Estate was born in 2009, with the initiative of alumni of TEC de Monterrey, who due to their experience as students and later as investors, detected the need for a housing orientation service on the TEC de Monterrey.
Over time RentaTEC Real Estate has evolved its product portfolio, offering today three business centers: RentaTEC for Students & Executives, RentaTEC Investments and RentaTEC Property Management.
